Introductory Hire Charges

The Whole Life Centre is a purpose built facility in Eastern Oswestry designed to enhance the whole community and meet local needs. Its high quality facilities, therefore, are made available for private hire. Please feel free to call in during the day to look around.

The facilities offer modern and comfortable accommodation for many uses. The Centre has several multi-purpose rooms available to hire. The three main rooms are the Main Auditorium, the large hall and the café.

It is the intention for the Centre to be used as a facility for the community. If you are interested in using the Centre for business purposes please contact us for business rates at

1. Prices quoted are per hour. (Minimum booking is one hour. Bookings over one hour can be made at intervals of 30 minutes).
2. In the event of cancellation, without at least 48 hours notice, the hirer will be liable for 50% of the full hire charge.
3. The hirer is required to provide his/her own public liability insurance when making a recurring booking.
4. A refundable £50 deposit will be required in advance of any ‘single time’ bookings from individuals or unknown organisations.
